I hear many complaining about the autumn, how cold, windy and dark it is. The same people usually get out and exercise less over the darker time of the year.
I encourage you to choose your attitude, and choose to see the positive sides of autumn. The easiest way is to wrap up properly, and to go out for a walk and focus on all the beautiful changes in nature. Appreciate the colors on leaves, and feel the crispy air against your skin.
If above sounds like a nightmare to you, why don't you focus on the wonderful, warming feeling of coming in to the gym? A swim in the heated pool while it's pooring down outside is nearly a magical experience.
Find you're way of tackling autumn and all that comes with it. It's a big part of the year, and no excuse to sit still.
