My cycle challenge - 100 days to go

I've got about 100 days to become a cyclist  -

or to at least become good enough to survive the 66 mile route. Here's todays update: 


Since last time I wrote, I've done a bit of indoors cycling, a lot of cardio, some strength and one longer outdoors cycling. I had a lovely time on the bike, and I hope that's how I'll experience the race... When it comes to motivation - it's there, I just need to find the time to get out. Or make the time, prioritize cycling. Somehow it's just easy to forget. What I'm gonna do to reach my target:


- have a doable target when it comes to training (1 cycling a week)

- enjoy it - no pressure, joy riding it is! 

- remind myself through my calendar to book in time for training
