Your 2018 - part 2 - reach your dream

New year, new possibilities! Are you ready for it? LET'S GO!

 

Now take out that paper from the other day (if you don't know what I'm talking about, check out this post). Again, make yourself comfortable and start reading. Now is the time to make your dream reachable. 

 

To increase the chances to achieve your target, you can use the SMART formula. That means to make sure your target is:


Specific - be clear on what you wan't to achieve, for instance "I want to start exercising again"

Measurable - numbers will help you know when you've reached your target. For example "I'm gonna start working out once a week, by summer 2018 I want to have it in my routine to workout twice a week".

Attractive - is this something I wanna do? Does the target or result feel exciting, positive? 

Realistic - you have to really ask yourself, is the above doable? Am I being optimistic or pessimistic with my target?

Time bound -  set ut a clear deadline and a reward. If you reach your target, reward yourself, celebrate a job well done.
