1. Eat, sleep, drink water and exercise - sounds basic but during the festivities many of us tend to be unhealthier than normally. Now it's the time to come back to healthier routines and get going. Eat green, rest, drink water, and move your body!
2. Set your expectations right when it comes to your New Year Resolution. Try and make your target realistic, detailed and interesting, - so that you allow yourself to follow through.
3. And hey! On the actual evening, drink plenty of water! At least every other should be water or nonalcoholic. In that way you'll make sure to wake up to a happier New Years day :)
