Nappie tested - my cycle challenge

I've signed up for a BIG challenge - I'm gonna cycle 66 miles in April. Being a chilled "for fun" cyclist, I've got some work to do. Read my first post about it here. With 149 days left, here is an update on my journey so far: 

 

Since my last post I've done a tiny bit of indoors cycling, gotten myself a pair of cycle tights and gone out for a cycle to test my new, cool bottoms. They are soooo comfy, like sitting on a cushion. It's the real deal with what I call a nappie (padding) between the legs. They make me look very fast as well, don't you think? ;)

 

My training plan is simple at the moment:

Cycle and enjoy it!

 

I'm focusing on long, enjoyable routes. 

The reasons are to get my bum used to sitting in the saddle (gets crazy sore after a while if you haven't tried it before) and to enjoy it!

 

I've got no pressure on the tempo at all, so I'm enjoying pretty views in my comfy nappie tights! :D
