It's time for a new target, a new mission. I've always got a general workout plan in mind for myself, but every now and then I love having a bigger challenge. My new target is to cycle. To cycle far. 66 miles (106 km) to be exact :O (Pausing for gasps! ;) ).
My brother is an experience cyclist and as part of his 30th birthday gift, I've promised to do a cycle event with him. I'm more of a "for fun or transportation" type of cyclist. But that needs to change. The tickets are bought and all I need to do is get started... Countdown is on:
