I believe in focusing on getting the activity done and incorporating your workout in your daily life.
I believe in exercising in a way that works for you.
I believe in talking about the real positive effects of a healthy lifestyle - reduced risks of getting ill, less injuries, better sleep, better sex life and relationships - a longer, happier and healthier life in general.
What I do not like to focus on is looks and weight. I find it unnecessary, counterproductive and stressful, which leads to less working out and more eating. Why care about cellulite or pounds when you know what you're doing is helping you to a healthier life? Some things are just genetics anyways... Make changes to get healthier, that we can all do.
