I wanted to introduce myself quickly. I'm Hannah, a Swedish/Finish, Fitness Professional living in Scotland. I've been in the industry for 13 years, and started my Online Personal Training Business in Sweden since I saw the need for a different type of coaching. I wanted to involve other types of exercise in addition to the gym in the lives of my clients. Also, I wanted to help those who didn't want to live for their workout, and rather workout to live better.
I'm passionate about doing what I can to change the focus within the world of exercise. I want there to be less talk about looks and weight, and more about the positive health benefits you gain from being active.
I moved to Scotland in 2015 and I feel it's time to get started with my Online Personal Training here as well. I teach exercise classes as well, all from DanceYoga to Circuits, and Aqua Workout. The red thread is exercise that feels good. When I'm not working I love strolling around outdoors preferably with my furry friend Jenny, meet friends/family, read, explore a forest or castle, see a musical or simply enjoy a nice meal.
You might think that I've always lived a healthy life, but I've had struggles too. More about that another day :)
