I'll give you a workout plan tailored to your life and goals and will support you throughout your journey. Whenever you need motivation or have a question, I’m only a text or email away to give you the support you need.
An Online Personal Trainer is just like a PT at the gym, but virtually. While we may not meet in person, we connect online on a weekly or sometimes daily basis to go over your workout goals and plan your next steps.
I am there for you the whole way to help you get healthier!

I'm Hannah, a Swedish Personal Trainer and Exercise Instructor living in Scotland, dedicated to help you get healthier.
Most of my life I have enjoyed working out, but I also know what it's like trying to fit exercise in to a hectic life and what it's like trying to get healthier.
All exercise is good exercise. I believe in a workout style that works in your life and that makes you happy. Whether it's dancing in your kitchen, walking, going to classes or hitting the gym - it's all good exercise. I will be your personal, optimistic coach, passionate to help you get a healthier life!
When I'm not coaching a client, you'll find me dancing, cycling or wandering around outdoors.
